Natalie has helped me deal with a life time of bad posture pains and now I can enjoy my hobbies relatively pain free and recognise the signs that I need to move or adjust to prevent any flair ups. I’d said for years I should go and see a chiropractor and I wish I had done it all that time ago. Couldn’t recommend 33Chiro enough

I was fortunate enough to win an assessment and initial adjustment from 33chiro and I'm so glad I did, because it's quite literally changed my life. I knew my posture was poor but I had no idea how much it was impacting me. Since starting adjustments in January, I'm now walking much taller and more upright, sitting in better positions and I'm sleeping so much more soundly - I feel so well rested! Most importantly, it's actually uncomfortable now to stand in the poor-posture positions that I used to find comfortable.

Absolutely super service! I visited Natalie after discovering 33 Chiro on Instagram. She assessed my gait and I realised how out of alignment I was. She put together a comprehensive plan to realign my spine and hip and also gave me exercises to do at home. I visit monthly to realign myself as I am mainly based behind a desk. I have also been seen by Nikki for a great sports massage which has assisted in reducing muscle masses and knots to develop. I can honestly say I feel like a new person! I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to take care and maintain their back health.
