PREPAID PLAN, MEMBERSHIP AND PAY AS YOU GO POLICY

Thank you for taking one of our Prepaid-Plans/Membership. It is a great way to save money, but more importantly keep you on track with your Chiropractic and Soft Tissue care.

The prepaid option allows you to pre book all your appointments ahead of time so that you prioritise the days/times that work best for you.

1. When you take one of our Pre-Paid Plans you receive a discount from our ‘Pay As You Go’ rate for the duration of the plan. Once your plan has finished your fee will go back to our current ‘Pay As You Go’ rate.

2. You can purchase a plan at any time during your care, but this cannot be used in conjunction with previous appointments.

3. We understand that personal circumstances can change and therefore you may need to request a refund which you are entitled to.

4. Any refunds for a plan will have all used appointments reverted back to our current ‘Pay As You Go’ rate before refunding the difference.

5. Pre-Paid Plans and membership must be used according to the recommendations that your practitioner has advised and any plans that remain unused and dormant for more than 3 months without authorisation from your practitioner will be closed and no refund will be issued.

6. If you are unwell for a long period of time, need surgery, go travelling and money is left on account for longer than 3 months you must inform us via email: info@33chiro.co.uk

7. If appointments are missed/cancelled outside of our Strict Cancellation Policy, the prepaid account will be charged automatically.

PAY AS YOU GO

If you opt for ‘Pay As You Go’ your account must always be in credit by one appointment or we must hold up-to-date card details on our Stripe Account which is secure and protected. This is in line with our cancellation policy.
