STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of courtesy for our staff and other clients, we respectfully request 24-hour’s notice to cancel an appointment. This applies to all clients for all appointment types.

All appointments must have monies on account, and this will be deducted for late cancellations and no shows.

Please take responsibility of your own diary. It is the responsibility of the client to take note of the appointment date
and time. Failure to receive a text or email from 33chiro’s automated service is not an acceptable excuse for non-attendance.

Please make sure the clinic has your up to date contact details.
